We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced administration professional to join our team as an Operations Administration Coordinator.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing weekly payroll data entry and processing validation, overseeing and processing customer and supplier invoices, client and billing reporting, monitoring client payment process to minimize overdue invoices, planning roster for Whyalla IS & Whyalla Scaffolding, creating and managing purchase orders, coordinating the onboarding of new employees including inductions and system setups, ensuring compliance with Veolia policies and procedures and quality management standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage weekly payroll data entry and processing validation
2. Oversee and process customer and supplier invoices
3. Client and billing reporting
4. Monitor client payment process to minimize overdue invoices
5. Plan Roster for Whyalla IS & Whyalla Scaffolding
6. Create and manage purchase orders
7. Coordinate the onboarding of new employees including inductions and system setups
8. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and quality management standards
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have extensive administration experience in an operational environment, a current drivers license with reliable transport, a high level of computer literacy, Google Suite experience is highly regarded, a willingness to participate in professional development training, an established level of interpersonal skills that allows for effective stakeholder conversations, strong problem-solving skills, able to undergo a pre-employment medical and national police check.
