Marketing & Content Coordinator
We are seeking a creative and skilled professional to join our team as a Marketing & Content Coordinator. This key member will be responsible for managing and growing our organic social media presence, capturing and creating engaging content, writing and designing newsletters, and producing short-form videos.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our online presence across multiple platforms.
* Create high-quality content onsite 3 to 4 days a week, showcasing the people, homes, and daily life at Swell Stays.
* Write, design, and distribute our monthly newsletter, as well as create other email campaigns.
* Produce short-form videos, reels, and photo content using camera equipment.
* Brief external creatives for larger campaigns or projects.
* Explore new marketing ideas and brand awareness opportunities.
* Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all platforms.
* Utilize our CRM system to manage newsletters and communication with guests and owners.
Requirements:
* A creative individual with strong content creation and solid writing skills.
* Confident in using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and EngageBay.
* Comfortable working in an office environment and out in the field creating content 3 to 4 days per week.
* Open-minded, proactive, and full of fresh ideas.
* CRM experience is beneficial but not essential.
