About the Role
As our Education & Quality Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive the very best care. You'll design and deliver engaging training programmes, mentor and inspire care teams, and champion continual improvement across our residential services. From onboarding new staff to supporting accreditation and compliance, you'll be the driving force behind a culture of excellence, innovation, and compassion.
This role combines clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse with a passion for education – helping care professionals grow while making a lasting impact on residents' lives.
About the Team
At Macquarie Park, BaptistCare operates three dedicated sites – Shalom Centre, Dorothy Henderson Lodge, and Cooinda Court. The team offers residential care, retirement living, and specialised support services. You will work with two other Education & Quality supervisors across these sites to guide and support care teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality education and training in a collaborative, innovative environment.

About You
One bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
Experience applying adult learning principles and developing education programmes
Ability to support staff with diverse needs, including NESB and low-literacy learners
Strong relationship-building, teamwork, and communication skills
Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards
