NOMINATED SUPERVISOR DIRECTORS | TREENDALE | MATERNITY LEAVE
Young Bucks Early Learning Centres are seeking a competent, dedicated, knowledgeable, and inspiring Nominated Supervisor Director to join our Early Learning Centre in Treendale on a maternity leave contract with the opportunity for an ongoing role. YOUR IMPACT
You will utilise your experience and leadership qualities to mentor and create your own diverse team and drive them to continuous improvement in all aspects of your centre operations. You can utilise an administration support team where required so you can focus on following the correct procedures, whilst also being provided with an administration assistant. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Current Working with Children Card
Current First Aid [HTLAID012] in an Education and Care setting [includes asthma and anaphylaxis] or willing to obtain
Qualification of Diploma of Children's Services, Early Childhood Teacher or equivalent
Extensive skills, knowledge and experience with the Education and Services National Law and Regulations [WA]
Effective leadership, people management skills and the ability to work unassisted
Reliable and displays emotional maturity and resilience
Ability to show experience in the Ratings and Assessment process
High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
Working rights in Australia and willing to undertake background checks
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere and facilitate the Education and Care Services National Regulations and Law [WA]
Adhere and facilitate the National Quality Framework with your own inspiring ideas
Nominated Supervisor and Responsible Person responsibilities
Adhere, review, and facilitate policies and procedures.
Implementation of Quality Improvement Plan
Recruiting your team in line with the qualifications, ratios and staffing required by law
Ensure exceeding standard of quality education and care is always provided to children
Contributing to the community and being actively available to families
