**Great opportunity for an Accounts and Sales Administrator for a 12 months role for a globally recognised seafood brand**
- Immediate start, 12-month role (maternity leave cover)
- Based in Pyrmont, Sydney
- Pays $37 per hour + super
- Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm with 1 hour lunch break (start time negotiable)
- Work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Enter orders, purchase orders, invoices and credits for customers and suppliers into system
- Ensure pricing in orders and invoicing match pricing agreed between BDMs and customers in line with agreed guidelines
- Answer incoming customer and client calls
- Support the Accounts Receivable/Credit Officer including weekly and monthly customer statements, reconciliations, overdue balances and preparation of weekly reports
- Support the Finance/Supply Chain team with audit requirements, reconciliation
Our client is looking for a team player with a bubbly attitude who can fit in easily with a great work ethic. Experience in accounts receivable essential and a background in sales highly advantageous.

- Microsoft Suite intermediate skills
- Customer focus and dealing with people on a daily basis
