We're now searching for our next Account Manager to join our growing deep tech and startup portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to fuel your career by working with early-stage deep tech startups in sectors like quantum computing, biotechnology, space, food tech, cleantech energy, and more. The role you'll play
As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to partner directly with deep tech founders and CEOs to drive integrated PR, social and creator marketing campaigns, craft stories for wide-reaching channels and mentor junior team members. You are a natural leader and hub of knowledge when it comes to the media, leveraging your contacts to secure opportunities and sharing your expertise with clients and teams.

To be successful in securing this role, you will need to:
* Have 4+ years of public relations and social media experience, preferably at a PR agency
* Be excited by innovative deep tech and early-stage startups that are doing things differently and solving real-world problems.
* Have a mix of skills; be it media relations, social media, creator programs, content, events, activations, corporate communications, crisis management or stakeholder engagement
* Be an awesome campaign manager, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities and keep everything moving in the right direction
* Have high EQ. We're a team-first company
* Have exposure to or a keen interest in deep tech, venture capital, and the startup ecosystem, along with an understanding of integrated comms campaigns spanning media, influencer, events, activations, and social & content.

* With offices in Auckland, Sydney, Singapore, Los Angeles and New York as well as many sister agencies across the VCCP group, there are opportunities to extend your holiday or stay in a location and work from another Sling & Stone or VCCP office with prior sign-off.
