About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across a large, multi-stream program. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will define and drive the test strategy while actively contributing to execution.
You will coordinate testing across multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment to deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal disruption. Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment are key.
About You
* Proven experience as a Test Manager within complex, multi-stream programs
* Strong experience managing cross-project dependencies
* Hands‑on capability across test planning, execution, and defect management
* Ability to lead while remaining actively involved in delivery
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or asset‑heavy environments (desirable)
* Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, evolving environments
