Job Title: Senior Cost Planner
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and create rated cost plans for multiple tenders.
* Provide high-level cost planning advice to potential clients.
* Assess preliminary estimates and forecasts against construction programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Develop and implement strategies to secure suitable trade coverage for each tender.
Requirements:
* A degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
* 10 years of post-graduate experience working for a reputable head contractor from a Tier 1/2 background.
* Expertise in delivering tenders within the building sector across New South Wales.
* A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
