As the Next Youth Support Coordinator
You will play a vital role in supporting secondary students at risk of disengaging from education. Young people are smart, creative, and full of potential, constantly adapting to an ever-changing global world. Your role will be central to improving our response to early warning signs of disengagement. By implementing proactive, student-centred strategies, you will help foster meaningful participation in school life and learning.

Your Responsibilities
As the Youth Support Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Interagency collaboration and community engagement through attendance at community meetings and networking with local services
* Identification of students at risk of disengaging
* Case management on individual level and participation in Student Support and Wellbeing Teams
* Development and facilitation of lunchtime programs (lunch and breakfast club) responsive student needs
* Development and facilitation of social skills and other Student Support Programs responsive to student needs and school data
* Being an active part of the school and wider community
