Job Overview:
This role involves overseeing the management of information systems across the business, from initial concept to final handover, ensuring all document control tasks meet the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in project document control and previous expertise using project information systems such as TeamBinder and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Issue and track project-related documentation in accordance with the required schedule.
* Ensure compliance with established information standards and naming/numbering conventions, and upload project documentation to appropriate document and records management systems.
* Perform system and process reviews to monitor and report compliance and take action to address any issues identified.
* Develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide direction and support to others with regards to document and records management processes.
* Contribute to the development and integration of document control policies and working procedures with partnering organizations to maintain data integrity and audit traceability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated ability to manage documents across large infrastructure construction projects, preferably with government project exposure.
* Change management and strategy planning mindset, ensuring agility and task prioritization under tight constraints.
* Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to identify improvement opportunities, maintain attention to detail across multidisciplinary tasks, support quality assurance audits, and promote continuous improvement strategies.
* Proficient in the administration of Electronic Document Management Systems.
