About the Role
We are now seeking an experienced Service Division Manager to lead our Service & Marine Solutions business across Oceania. This is one of our region's most significant growth opportunities – and you will be at the centre of it. As part of the Oceania Management Team, you will contribute to our long‐term strategy, build and develop high‐performing teams, and ensure we deliver strong, profitable growth across our Marine, Food & Pharma, and Energy service businesses – including the operation of three regional Service Centres.
What You Will Do

* Deliver profitable growth across the Energy, Food & Pharma, and Marine Solutions service businesses.
* Develop and execute a clear, long‐term business strategy aligned with company objectives.
* Drive sales and business development, strengthening both base business and project opportunities, including the use of digital solutions.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high‐performing division, setting direction and ensuring accountability.
* Strengthen team capabilities and support talent development in line with the Alfa Laval culture.
* Lead change management initiatives to navigate evolving market conditions.
* Collaborate closely across functions – including central business units, HR, marketing, finance, and the capital sales organisation – to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
* Enhance customer engagement, elevate service delivery, and act as a catalyst for market growth.
What You Bring
* 10+ years in after‐sales, service management, or a related field, with 5+ years of leadership experience.
* Demonstrated success leading and motivating service sales teams and field service technicians.
* Strong customer focus with proven ability to ensure exceptional service and rapid issue resolution.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
* A strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a passion for leading people through growth and change.
* A senior leadership role with significant influence over a major growth area.
