Key Role: Senior Contract Administrator
About the Job
This is a key role within our organisation, requiring an experienced and skilled contract administrator to manage end-to-end contract and subcontract processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage contracts and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards;
* Oversight of budgets, procurement, and cost reporting to support timely project delivery;
* Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain relationships;
* Mentor junior staff and support planning and progress tracking for on-time, on-budget delivery.
Requirements
* 10+ years' experience in construction contract administration;
* Proven success managing contracts on large-scale projects;
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legislation, and standards;
* Skilled negotiator with excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
* Detail-oriented with a structured approach to contract management;
* Tertiary qualifications in construction, quantity surveying, or related field preferred.
