* Key Responsibilities:

* Own month-end close and deliver accurate management accounts within given timeframe.

* Partner with department heads to analyse P&Ls and provide financial insights.
">
* Balance Sheet reconciliations within given timeframe.
">
* Manage multi currency Intercompany loan balances.
">
* Manage compliance and lodge FBT, BAS, and sales tax on time.
">
* Lead annual audits, resolve queries, and minimise adjustments.
">
* Lead Budget and forecast process for departmental expenses.
">
">
What You'll Need to Bring:
">
">
* CA or CPA qualified.
">
* 3+ years' experience in financial roles, with strengths in reporting, compliance, and audit.
">
* Retail or FMCG background preferred; thrives in fast-paced environments.
">
* Skilled in financial reporting, P&L, and tax (FBT, GST, BAS).
">
* Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge.
">
* Analytical and detail-oriented, with a commercial mindset.
">
* Confident communicator, including with non-finance stakeholders.
">
* Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving skills.
