About you
* Demonstrated experience working as a Back End or Full Stack Engineer; Java is included.
* React, Python and Kotlin experience will be highly regarded but are not essential.
* Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Automation Tools
* Exposure to working with container technologies such as Docker and associated orchestration engines like Kubernetes
* AWS development, configuration and deployment
* Good listening and communication skills and able to receive and give constructive feedback
* Happy to challenge established ways of doing business to ensure that we continue to improve and evolve our ways of working
