Pegasus Care is seeking a Head of Finance & Business Systems to lead financial governance, organisational reporting, business systems and data insights across the organisation. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with operational leaders to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.

About the role
The Head of Finance & Business Systems provides strategic and operational leadership across finance, accounts, business systems, IT oversight and organisational reporting.
You will ensure Pegasus Care maintains strong financial controls, reliable systems and clear reporting that supports leadership decision-making and organisational performance.
This role also plays a key part in supporting new service proposals, organisational growth and strategic planning through financial modelling and data insights.
Key responsibilities
* Provide strategic financial leadership across the organisation
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management processes
* Oversee day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations
* Ensure strong financial governance, reporting accuracy and financial integrity
* Develop financial models and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making
* Oversee core business systems including finance systems, reporting platforms and system integrations
* Drive improvements in digital capability, reporting and system efficiency
* Develop executive dashboards and organisational performance reporting
* Support commercial initiatives and growth activities with financial analysis
* Lead and develop the finance and business systems team
* Senior finance leadership experience in complex service environments
* CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent)
* Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial governance and reporting
* Demonstrated capability overseeing business systems and reporting platforms
* Strong analytical capability and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proven leadership experience
* Experience in NDIS or regulated human services sector
* Experience supporting organisational growth, transformation or system improvements
