What you need to know about the role:
Our work hours are from 8:00am to 6:00pm 4 days per week, and our team shares a monthly Saturday roster, ensuring a balanced and fair work schedule for everyone.

As a front desk coordinator, here’s some of what you’ll be doing…
- Welcoming patients
- Appointment scheduling and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Processing payments, HICAPS, health insurance and payment plans
- Patient/clinician correspondence
- Treatment plan and recall follow ups
- Reconciling payments with banking
We are committed to finding the right person for our team so dental experience is preferred but not essential. All training will be provided to the right candidate.
