Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:Managing the administration staff daily, including team meetings and achieving business objectivesOverseeing workflow among administration staffEnsuring team operations align with workflows and practicesSetting standards for client service and engagement, embodying our 'opening night' principle in all customer interactionsMonitoring service standards and addressing bottlenecksCollaborating with offshore staffDeveloping staff-level strategiesAbout YouYou are someone who loves to get things done!
