As a Mortgage Broker, you will work with clients to understand their lending needs and provide tailored finance solutions across home loans, investment lending, refinancing, and commercial lending opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end mortgage processes for both residential and commercial clients
* Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and clients through exceptional service
* Assess borrower needs, advise on suitable mortgage products and secure approvals
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams, including the offshore support team to ensure a smooth loan process
* Contribute to team goals by generating new business and expanding existing client relationships
* Ensure compliance and accurate documentation throughout the loan application lifecycle
Requirements
* Qualified and accredited mortgage broker with Certificate IV/Diploma in Mortgage Broking
* Proven experience in residential broking, with any commercial experience advantageous
* Ability to speak and communicate fluently in English as well as proficiency in Hindi/Punjabi or other languages
* Excellent relationship management skills with a client-focused approach
* Solid business development skills and the ability to bring in some of your own clients
* Ability to self‐manage and prioritise in a fast-paced setting
