Job Title: Fertiliser Operations Specialist
A leading agribusiness is seeking a skilled Fertiliser Operations Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling and dispatching of fertilisers.
The successful candidate will have expertise in stock management, strong safety management skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. You will work closely with the operations manager to ensure the smooth operation of the plant and equipment, and contribute to a culture of safety, environmental responsibility and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can communicate effectively with colleagues, transport operators and customers. A current driver's license, fork-lift license and front-end loader ticket are essential requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in bulk handling industries and/or lean manufacturing environments, but this is not essential. Requirements:
* Degree in a related field (e.g. agriculture, logistics)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Current driver's license, fork-lift license and front-end loader ticket
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including occasional shift work
