Mercy Health is seeking a Home Care Worker to support clients to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.
This role contributes to outcomes for clients, communities and the organization, with opportunities for growth and developing experience in a meaningful care environment.
The role offers:

You will support our clients to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations
- The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients' individual needs
We would also love you to have (or be in the process of obtaining):
- NDIS Clearance
- First Aid
