Great ongoing opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant. Your new company This is your opportunity to work with a respected organisation supporting Defence operations. Based at a Defence Barracks in Hobart, you’ll be part of a team that delivers high-quality food and beverage services to Defence members and Public Servants. Your new role As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll perform a variety of tasks including setting up the dining room, preparing food and drinks, serving customers, assisting with bar functions, and maintaining cleanliness across workspaces. You’ll also manage stock rotation and storeroom duties, complete HACCP paperwork, and support general kitchen operations. What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you must: Hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement. Have a valid Police Check (less than 30 days old). Be eligible for Defence clearance (Australian Citizens only). Hold a valid driver’s licence and be available for early mornings, nights, and weekend shifts. Be flexible and willing to work across a Monday to Sunday roster. Demonstrate strong food safety and allergen management knowledge. Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
