Job Title: Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion across Southern Brisbane to Gold Coast region.
* Drive sales growth across all products and channels through effective account management and new business development.
* Maintain strong relationships with foodservice distributors and key customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement structured sales and territory plans utilizing CRM technology to optimize performance.
* Pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing efforts, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
The ideal candidate has experience within the food industry (FMCG/Foodservice) with a minimum of 3 years in relevant sales positions. They should have a successful track record in managing networks of distributors and key accounts, resulting in increased revenue and market share.
