TQCSI audits and certifies organisations to ISO Standards for all management systems in 40+ countries throughout Australia, the Pacific, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and North America.
TQCSI is looking for a highly organised Operations Manager to oversee TQCSI Australia's day-to-day operations, client relationships, and internal processes. If you're passionate about client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Audit Management:
Liaise with clients, review contracts, and coordinate certifications.
Business Operations:
Maintain client records, process audit reports, and update the Company ERP. Manage audit scheduling, report distribution, and ensure data integrity.
Office & Staff Management:
Oversee office activities, manage correspondence, and coordinate staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
Client Satisfaction:
Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and track client satisfaction indicators.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present operational and audit reports in monthly meetings. Manage the collection and reporting of process data to management.
Leadership:
Coordinate with auditors, manage office staff workloads, and maintain a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in client management and operations.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
