We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our leadership team while ensuring seamless client service, coordinating complex workflows, and driving team cohesion.
* Provide executive-level support to a small group of Directors.
* Understand services provided by the division and anticipate professional needs of the Director group.
* Be a professional point of contact for clients, referrers, Directors, and other Business Units within the organization.
* Support leaders in managing competing priorities, anticipating and resolving issues, and smoothing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars, meetings, and emails in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
* Assist Directors in preparing meeting materials, briefing notes, client correspondence, and marketing/training presentation decks.
* Coordinate and attend team and Director meetings including organizing a clear agenda, maintaining accurate minutes, and circulating action points as required.
* Establish and maintain accurate client records.
* Assist with preparation and collation of forensic reports and other relevant deliverables.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative or PA role, ideally within professional services, forensic, legal, or accounting environments.
* Advanced technical skills: Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and document management.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.
* Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, solution-focused, and able to anticipate problems before they arise.
