About The Role
As a Personal Care Worker you’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.
- Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assist with daily living activities according to each resident’s needs.
- Support and care for residents as they age, helping them maintain independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- Assist residents with self-care needs, secure mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
- Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
- Ensure effective, consumer-focused care and service delivery for all residents.

To Be Successful, You Will Have
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Experience in care role highly regarded
- Valid working rights in Australia (e.g., Passport, Birth Certificate)
- Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
