Salary range
$30,482.73 - $72,319.56 (per annum, pro rata) dependent on age, skills, qualifications and experience
About the Role
Albany Regional Day Care is looking for a passionate, experienced and dedicated individual to fulfill a temporary part-time position within the team for approximately 30.4 hours per fortnight. In this role you will report to the Child Care Educator Team Leader.
Responsibilities
* Working with children and their families on a daily basis;
* Assisting in providing quality programs for children based on their needs and interests;
* Working as part of a cohesive team of passionate Child Care Educators;
* Generally assisting in the day-to-day running of the Centre.
Qualifications and Skills
* A passion for working with children;
* The ability to communicate well with the team and parents;
* Knowledge of Children's Services, the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF);
* Qualifications including a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, First Aid and Working with Children Check;
* The ability to manage the demands of a busy workplace.
