Develop a deep understanding of the natural medicines market to inform go-to-market strategies for a leading brand.
You will play a key role in the marketing team at our Head Office in Northgate, Brisbane, assisting the Marketing Manager and team in developing strategies to drive brand growth.
To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in marketing or assistant brand management within FMCG, natural health, or pharmaceutical environments. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related discipline is essential, along with knowledge and experience in digital and social media marketing, communications, and promotions principles and practices.
Your key responsibilities will include gathering market intelligence, analyzing data, and making informed decisions and recommendations. You will also develop close working relationships with the sales team and leverage their insights and market knowledge.
In addition, you will develop a sound level of product knowledge, brand attributes, and strategic insight into the competition. You will devise, implement, and assess marketing plans, including building and executing through-the-line marketing strategies and campaigns.
You will also manage the day-to-day administration of the brand, engage with online communities across social media platforms, and develop materials to communicate effectively to trade partners.
We offer a competitive salary range from $60,000 to $90,000 per annum, paid in Australian dollars.
