Salary Range of $118,862 per year plus 10.5% superannuation

Reporting to the Manager, City Development, and working collaboratively with the Team Leader of Planning, the Team Leader of Building and Compliance is responsible for leading the Building and Compliance team to achieve:
- timely technical advice to Council, applicants and the general public,
- successful enforcement of conditions and other development related matters,
- improve work practices and the delivery of high level customer service.
The Team Leader - Building and Compliance is also responsible for ensuring performance indicators are established and achieved, the mentoring and development of building and compliance staff, and for driving positive change within the City Development department.
