We’re expanding! A leading Australian injection‑moulding manufacturer of nursery pots, planters, and horticultural containers is looking for a driven Business Development Manager / Sales Representative to grow our presence across New South Wales.

About the role
You’ll be responsible for both new business development and relationship management within the nursery and horticultural market — working remotely, calling on growers, distributors, and garden suppliers across NSW.
You’ll build long‑term partnerships while representing a trusted, Australian‑made product range that growers rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across NSW.
- Build strong relationships through on‑site grower visits and industry events.
- Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans.
- Support and grow existing customer relationships.
- Provide technical product guidance and order support.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in sales or business development within agriculture, nursery, or horticulture.
- Solid relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Self‑starter who thrives working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally.
