Inner Range is entering a new phase of global growth—and we’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing & Logistics Manager to lead the transformation of our production model. You’ll play a critical role in modernising our supply chain, managing contract manufacturers, and ensuring our engineered products are delivered at scale with precision and quality.
About the Role
This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for bridging design, supply chain, and production. You’ll manage the full lifecycle transition of products from engineering to high-efficiency, outsourced manufacturing—overseeing contract manufacturing partners, component logistics, test systems, ERP integration, and global fulfilment.
You’ll also be responsible for defining and executing a contract manufacturing strategy that delivers consistency, cost-effectiveness, and quality across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the industrialisation of new products, from engineering through to repeatable volume production
• Manage global contract manufacturing partners across Australia, Asia, and North America
• Oversee sourcing, procurement, and component inventory management globally
• Ensure integration of ERP/MRP systems with manufacturing partners for end-to-end visibility
• Develop scalable test and QA systems, tooling, and production fixtures
• Manage logistics from factory to global warehouses and 3PL partners
• Implement supply risk mitigation strategies, demand forecasting, and operational analytics
• Lead OHS compliance across all production and logistics environments
What You'll Bring
8+ years in electronics manufacturing or complex electromechanical operations
• Proven experience managing and auditing global contract manufacturers
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with deep understanding of supply chains
• ERP/MRP systems experience and hands-on understanding of BOM, planning, and fulfilment
• Experience delivering continuous improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency
• Ability to build cross-functional collaboration between engineering, supply, and logistics teams
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management
• Background in access control, IoT, or security technology
• Experience transitioning from in-house to outsourced manufacturing
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process optimisation expertise
