Account Executive (contract) – Domain Job Description

Virtual sales of Digital / Software solutions to existing residential Real Estate clients. Work remotely from NSW or VIC, with access to sociable teams. 12 month contract, attractive commission and career growth opportunities.

About the Role

12‐month contract – potential pathways to permanent. As an Account Executive, you will join a remote team of 25 salespeople across Australia, using virtual meetings and phone calls to manage relationships with a large portfolio of existing residential real‐estate agency clients. Your responsibilities include:

* Managing end‐to‐end virtual relationships and solution selling to residential real‐estate agency clients.
* Introducing new and featured products that solve client problems and provide the tools they need to achieve their goals.
* Driving revenue growth by providing clarity on pricing and customer value across Domain solutions, identifying upselling opportunities.
* Addressing queries and pain points, proactively solving customer needs.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure proposals are delivered on time.
* Working toward monthly revenue targets and documenting all sales activity.
* Expanding your knowledge to become an industry expert on tech solutions for the residential real‐estate space.
Our Ideal Person

ESSENTIAL:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited, not‐for‐profit university or college.
* Proven success in B2B consultative selling or account management.
* OR real‐estate agency experience as a sales agent or similar.
* Living within NSW or VIC.
* Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
* Ability to negotiate and handle objections, driving win‐win outcomes and lasting partnerships.
* Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through compelling storytelling and simplify technical concepts.
* Enthusiasm and passion for sales, with a drive to meet targets.

NICE TO HAVE:

* Virtual or phone‐based sales experience.
* Previous experience with Salesforce.
* Understanding of residential real‐estate.
