**About the role**:
We're about to embark on the implementation of an integrated Human Resources and Payroll system that'll have a significant impact on our business.
You'll work closely with our HRIS project team to manage our business through this significant change.
We're looking for someone that isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and has a pragmatic and practical approach to managing change.
Your role will range from conducting high level change impact assessments through to developing training materials.
**Some of the key things you'll do**:
- Develop change plans that include stakeholder analysis, stakeholder engagement & communication plans.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop training materials.
- Work closely with change agents within the business to equip them to manage change in their business areas.
**What we're looking for**:
- You're experienced in change management fundamentals, but you bring people along for the journey in a practical way.
- A detailed, organized approach to ensure nothing gets missed and we hit all our key change milestones.
