Key Account Management Role
This is a unique opportunity to take on key client account management responsibilities and contribute to the success of our organisation through new business development and retention of existing business.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer experience throughout their policy/claims lifecycle.
* Lead client meetings, discussing uninsured risks and handling enquiries in a professional manner.
* Direct client requests, negotiate renewals and claim settlements, and assist with new business development initiatives.
* Coordinate processing instructions for quotations, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
* Prepare reports and documentation for clients and insurers, providing general broking and technical support to the team.
About You
We are seeking an experienced insurance professional with a solid understanding of the industry and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
* Tier 1/2 qualification or Diploma in Insurance Broking, with a focus on industry best practices.
* A willingness to continually improve and learn, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
* The motivation to drive direct contributions to KPIs impacting client retention, revenue, and satisfaction.
* Demonstrated experience as a team player, with a focus on ensuring efficient running and growth of the portfolio.
* Superb organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to engage effectively at all levels.
