The Multiskilled Carer will support residents with daily living, social and emotional needs, ensuring dignity, respect and independence.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including hygiene, grooming, dressing and mobility assistance
Support independence and participation in meaningful activities, promoting dignity and choice
Assist with safe medication administration according to Juniper policies
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate effectively with nursing, allied health and management
Contribute to infection prevention and workplace health and safety practices
Assist with mealtime support to meet nutritional needs
Foster a respectful, supportive environment that upholds Juniper's values and residents' rights
Show flexibility to work across sites and shifts, supporting continuity of care
Key Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
Experience as a carer in an aged-care setting
Empathy and ability to collaborate with health professionals, service providers and case managers
Ability to interpret care plans and provide tailored care to meet goals
Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
Knowledge of cognitive strategies and social interaction to meet mental and emotional needs
Compliance with National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening and the Aged Care Code of Conduct
