Therefore, we are looking for a Business Development Manager, Cyber OT, to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.
Your role in our team
As the new Business Development Manager for Cyber OT, you will play a central role in strengthening Terma's position within the Cyber OT domain and expanding our commercial capabilities in this rapidly evolving area. A key challenge – and opportunity – in this role will be to build a new Cyber OT business within an organization traditionally rooted in hardware. You will drive growth in close collaboration with regional sales teams, business areas, and our R&D team.
Key performance areas
Commercial KPIs – order intake, revenue and other business performance targets within Cyber OT
Product & concept development KPIs – ensuring successful commercial launch of new Cyber OT services in partnership with the dedicated Cyber R&D team
In this position, you will work at the intersection between Cyber OT technology, business development and sales. You will act as an expert for the commercialization of Cyber OT concepts and products in Terma.
You will join a newly established function of five colleagues who are shaping several new digital business areas. While the team is currently based in Denmark, it is expected to expand into having a global presence over time.
How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:
Global sales and business development of Cyber OT solutions in close cooperation with relevant Terma organizations
Business development responsible for Cyber OT – go to market strategies, input to product development and gate reviews, relationship with trial and pilot customers, customer relationship from proposal to contract
Bring your world-class expertise into play
You are fluent in English at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:
Master level within IT, engineering or business administration
Business development and sales experience within Cyber OT services and concepts
Experience working globally
Experience with IT software and infrastructure customers and solutions
Strong relationship management with customers and internal stakeholders

You are proactive, commercially driven, and motivated by building new business areas from the ground up. You navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with ease and communicate clearly at all levels.
