Retail Financing Manager
Location: Ballarat | Territory-based role
Covering areas including Sunshine, Ballarat, Colac, Mt Gambier, Terang, Bordertown, Naracoorte, Keith
We're looking for someone with retail and finance experience who's keen to grow their career with a large global organisation operating in the B2B farm equipment and financial services space.
This is a great opportunity to step into a hands‐on, relationship‐driven role where you'll work closely with customers and sales teams to provide tailored financing solutions for high‐value agricultural equipment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting customers to finance their equipment purchases through the company
* Working closely with sales teams to enable the sale of large farming machinery
* Building strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and financial institutions
* Promoting value‐added finance products and services
* Preparing activity and performance reports
* Travelling across the territory to maintain long‐term stakeholder relationships

About You
* Early in your finance or lending career and keen to build commercial experience
* Experience in retail finance, banking, lending, or mortgages will be highly regarded
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Comfortable working independently and travelling within the territory
