As an accomplished Head of Sales, you bring a track record of delivering consistency for both your team and customers, allowing you to build trust and credibility quickly. Driving the commercial strategy and execution of our sales function across the ANZ region, you will set ambitious but achievable targets, whilst embedding a sales culture that encourages innovation, accountability drives organisational & professional growth.
Collaborative with a natural ability to develop relationships at all levels, you will enjoy partnering and managing key customer partnerships across a diverse portfolio that includes distributors, retailers, and resellers to drive brand loyalty and advocacy.
Highly visible and influential across our business, you will be an active member of the Senior Leadership group, working closely with cross functional peers to ensure seamless and streamlined processes that maximise performance and customer satisfaction.
Commercially adept you understand the importance of data, analytics and customer insights that help identify new trends ahead of the curve, translating them into actionable strategies that drive sales and embed the business as a market and thought leader.
Local and Interstate travel will be part of the role (incl.NZ)
