Job Title: Financial Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
About the Role:
* Process and pay invoices within required timeframes
* Ensure compliance with Hach's Procurement Policies and delegations
* Provide support to staff on creditor inquiries and requisitioning/purchasing
* Reconcile creditor statements promptly at the end of the month
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurate and timely processing of accounts payable records daily
2. Electronic distribution of accounts payable invoices received daily
3. Generation of a weekly EFT payment batch and ad hoc if required
4. Processing payments to suppliers within Hach's trading terms to comply with Hach's Procurement Policy
Requirements:
* Minimum Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
* Minimum of 2 – 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Previous experience in accounts payable processing
* Previous experience in reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
