About The Role
This organisation is looking for a EL1 Senior Organisational Change Manager professional to lead complex ICT transformation initiatives across multiple programs. The role requires someone who can design and drive end-to-end change strategies, engage confidently with executive stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver end-to-end change management across multiple ICT initiatives
* Design and implement change strategies, adoption and transition frameworks
* Conduct detailed stakeholder analysis and impact assessments
* Engage and influence executive, senior leadership, and operational teams
* Drive readiness, adoption, and capability uplift across business areas
* Lead training needs analysis and support learning strategy development
* Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities
* Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change adoption progress
* Provide structured reporting and insights to senior leadership
Experience Required
* 8+ years' experience in organisational change within complex ICT environments
* Strong capability in applying structured change methodologies and frameworks
* Proven experience leading large-scale stakeholder engagement
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs
* Strong facilitation, negotiation, and executive communication skills
* Experience in enterprise or government transformation environments
* Ability to work autonomously in high-pressure program settings
