About the role
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will lead a dynamic and complex service portfolio with accountability for operational performance, workforce leadership, financial sustainability, quality, compliance and growth. You will inspire a high-performing leadership team, strengthen service integration and participant flow, and bring energy, curiosity and innovation to the way Brightwater delivers disability services in a changing NDIS and health environment.
Key responsibilities
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across Disability Services, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
* Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team, driving performance, culture, and delivery of key objectives.
* Deliver operational and strategic plans, including full budget and financial management.
* Oversee quality, safety, and clinical governance, ensuring compliance with NDIS and relevant standards.
* Drive growth, innovation, and service improvement, including partnerships and expansion opportunities.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead change initiatives to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
What you'll bring
* Extensive senior leadership experience in disability, health or community services.
* A strong track record leading complex portfolios and delivering operational and financial results.
* Deep and genuine understanding of the NDIS, service models, compliance and risk.
* The ability to lead change, build capability and create a culture of accountability, innovation and collaboration.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine commitment to person-centred outcomes.

You will also need
* A satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained in the last 12 months.
* Current 'C' Class Driver's Licence as defined by the Department of Transport WA (DoTWA).
