Accountant / Financial Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Accountant with strong analytical capabilities to join our team. This is a hands-on role, responsible not only for managing the core accounting and financial administration functions but also for driving insights and improvements through our ERP system (Odoo).
Key Responsibilities
* Month-End Accounting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly accounts, reconciliations, and financial reports.
* Financial Administration Oversight: Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial administration function, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
* ERP Champion (Odoo): Act as the go-to person for ERP usage across the business, supporting adoption and continuous improvement.
* Data Analysis & Insights: Translate ERP data into actionable insights, dashboards, and reports for leadership and operational teams.
* Operational Collaboration: Work closely with operations and design teams to improve planning, scheduling, and reporting processes within Odoo.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial and operational workflows using ERP tools and analytics.
About You
* Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CA/CPA preferred but not essential).
* Solid experience in month-end accounting and financial administration.
* Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning numbers into meaningful business insights.
* Previous experience with ERP systems (Odoo highly regarded).
* Ability to work cross-functionally, supporting both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.
