Multicap Tasmania is seeking a dynamic Senior Property and Fleet Coordinator to lead the operational and financial oversight of our property and fleet portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to shape a critical business unit that supports our mission of empowering people with disability across Tasmania. 
As the Senior Property and Fleet Coordinator, you'll manage all property-related contracts, financials, and compliance obligations—ensuring our Specialty Disability Accommodation and non-SDA assets are safe, accessible, and aligned with NDIS requirements. You'll lead strategic planning, oversee acquisitions and capital works, and maintain clear separation between tenancy and support services. This role supervises one direct report and collaborates closely with finance, operations, and external stakeholders. 
Key Responsibilities 
Lead strategic and operational management of Multicap Tasmania's property portfolio 
Oversee SDA income streams, leases, RTAs, and service agreements 
Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and tenancy legislation 
Manage property-related budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting 
Maintain governance structures separating property operations from service delivery 
Supervise and mentor property and fleet staff 
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments 
Qualifications 
Tertiary qualifications in Property Management, Business, Law, or related field 
Minimum 5 years' experience in property or contract management 
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills 
Deep understanding of SDA funding and NDIS compliance (desirable) 
Experience in the disability or community services sector (desirable) 
Current driver's licence and WWVP clearance
