About the role
Disc Landscapes' is seeking experienced Landscape Construction Workers & Labourers to join our dynamic team located North Brisbane to Gympie. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality landscape construction projects and maintaining our client's outdoor spaces.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with the installation and construction of various landscape features such as garden beds, pathways, retaining walls, and water features
* Performing general landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding
* Operating and maintaining a range of landscape equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
* Collaborating with the broader landscape construction team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard
* Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Landscape Worker or Construction Labourer, with a strong understanding of landscape construction techniques and equipment, as well as excellent work ethic.
* Excellent physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks throughout the day
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in landscaping, horticulture or a related field would be highly regarded
* Have your own form of transport, as you will be required to get your own way to sites inclusive of The Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast Regions
