You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of medical education are met, aligned with the Australian Medical Council Framework and AHPRA requirements. From developing comprehensive orientation and education programs to overseeing performance management and pastoral care, this role is central to the support and success of our junior doctors.
