Your Mission:
As a key member of our organisation, the Technical Sales Executive plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Responsible for engaging with customers across all levels, from technicians to project managers and engineers, understanding technical requirements, and recommending the most suitable TROPAC products or solutions, this role requires a focus on building relationships, providing expert guidance, and contributing to the overall success of TROPAC in the competitive global market. The role requires a consistent demonstration of a high level of technical expertise and professionalism in all customer interactions, enhancing TROPAC's reputation as a trusted provider of quality products and solutions. This position also has the potential for some hands-on work.
A full PD will be supplied at time of onboarding of the successful PAC member, but high-level responsibilities include:

* Possess a high level of personal integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
* Australian citizenship is required for this position.
Qualifications:
* High School Certificate or equivalent.
* Qualification and/or experience in an electrical engineering or related technical field highly preferable.
* Broad demonstrated experience in a technical sales, estimating and customer management roles considered.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of technical sales experience is required.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
