We're currently looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to help drive performance, inspire the team, and deliver outstanding service.
What You'll Be Doing:
As their Assistant Store Manager, you will:
* Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and overall store performance
* Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing retail team
* Drive sales and achieve store KPIs, including upselling and product knowledge
* Deliver exceptional customer service with a consultative, solution-based approach
* Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation is of the highest standard
* Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and merchandising
* Assist with recruitment, training, and team development
* Step into the Store Manager role when required
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* Previous retail leadership or assistant management experience (homewares or bedding retail preferred)
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Strong team leadership and coaching skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for helping customers find the right product for a excellent night's sleep
* High attention to detail, especially in store presentation
* Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating weekends or a Tuesday to Saturday schedule
