The Role: As our Marketing Executive, you'll support the development and execution of the hotel's marketing strategies across digital, print, and experiential platforms. You'll work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to drive brand visibility, enhance guest engagement, and support revenue growth through innovative campaigns and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns
* Manage content across social media platforms, website, and email marketing
* Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams for promotions and PR
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and analytics
* Support the creation of collateral for events, F&B outlets, and seasonal promotions
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
* Assist with photography, videography, and content creation onsite
About You:
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
* 2+ years' experience in a marketing role (hospitality or luxury brand experience highly regarded)
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
* Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
* Passion for hospitality, travel, and luxury experiences
