Sales & Marketing Associate – Leading Investment Firm
We are partnering with a leading Investment Management Firm specialising in Private Debt Markets, committed to delivering exceptional financial solutions to their growing client base. Based in Sydney, the firm is seeking a dynamic individual to take on a multifaceted role spanning marketing, sales support, and executive assistance.
Role Overview:
As the Sales & Marketing Associate, you will support the daily operations of the Sales and Marketing teams, contributing to strategic growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment, executing key projects that drive results.
A flexible, "no task too big or small" attitude is essential, as you will be involved in a range of tasks – from high-level strategic projects to hands-on administrative support for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of marketing activities across various channels, including LinkedIn, events, website, and content.
- Play a key role in reporting and optimisation, including distributing sales reports and managing the marketing dashboard.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, coordinating sales & marketing campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance the company's reputation, drive revenue growth, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities between sales and marketing teams, preparing reports, updating marketing materials, and supporting senior executive teams.
- Assist with administrative tasks and operational support, showing initiative and ownership across all responsibilities.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience within the financial services sector.
- Experience in client service or sales.
- Strong ability to work autonomously, demonstrating self-sufficiency and initiative.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Proactive, solution-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to varying tasks and take on both high-level strategic work and administrative duties with a positive, "no task too big or small" approach.
Finer Details:
- Full-time, permanent role with 1 day per week working from home.
- $100K–$140K salary package + competitive bonus.
- Must have a background in the financial services or investment sectors.
