About The Role
* Lead and embed a strong safety culture across the project, ensuring compliance with all HS&W legislation and standards.
* Oversee and manage high‐risk activities, incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
* Drive continuous improvement through audits, monitoring, trend analysis, and lessons learned.
* Provide strategic advise and visible leadership to project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
* Develop and implement training, inductions, and wellbeing initiatives to ensure all personnel go home safe.
The Successful Applicant Will Have The Following Skills And Experience
* Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent; Safety Lead Auditor qualification.
* Bachelor's degree in Quality, Safety, Environmental, Project Management, or a related discipline.
* Workplace Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator Certification; Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training.
* Recognised lead auditor training or demonstrated experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Current C‐Class Driver's Licence.
