Key Responsibilities
* Brief and ongoing interventions
* Development of collaborative individual care plans
Requirements
* AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse
* AASW registration as a Social Worker
* Knowledge and skills gained through qualifications and previous experience in mental health service delivery
* Judgment and evaluation skills demonstrating working understanding assessment and care planning
* Sensitivity to work with people who have or are at risk of developing a mental illness
* Skills in organisation and time-management including ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks
* Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
* Understanding of duty of care, rights to privacy and confidentiality
